I recently stayed at La Plaza Arequipa Hotel Boutique for Easter and had a mixed experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even changing our room late at night when we arrived exhausted. The location is unbeatable, right on the Plaza de Armas facing the Cathedral. The view from the shared living and breakfast rooms was breathtaking, offering a glimpse of the city's vibrant life.On the downside, the room was a bit pricey for what it offered, lacking space in the closet and essentials like towel hangers. We faced some issues with hot water, but the staff were quick to resolve them. The breakfast, while lovely, was a bit limited in options. However, the free continental breakfast and WiFi were nice touches.La Plaza Arequipa Hotel Boutique is a charming 3-star hotel with a prime location and attentive staff. It may not be perfect, but the warm hospitality and central setting make it a solid choice for a stay in Arequipa.
